厂家对钣金加工表面处理的目的及工艺

在加工各类订制机柜机箱、空调钣金等钣金件时,都需要对钣金件做表面处理,如喷涂、电镀、阳极、电泳等。由于钣金一些材料本身未具备防锈、防腐功能 ,需要通过做表面处理来达到防锈、防腐的效果;另外表面处理还能达到美化产品外观的效果。

When processing all kinds of metal parts such as cabinet, air conditioner and sheet metal, surface treatment of sheet metal parts, such as spraying, electroplating, anodizing, electrophoresis, etc., is necessary. As the sheet metal material itself does not have the function of antirust and anticorrosion, it needs to do surface treatment to achieve the effect of antirust and anticorrosion, and the surface treatment can also achieve the effect of beautifying the appearance of the product.

而表面处理的主要目的是:提高钣金加工在恶劣环境中的使用寿命(即防锈防腐蚀能力);为获得需要的表面效果或功能(即满足钣金加工外观要求)。

为满足以上需要,钣金加工的表面处理工艺主要有:

The main purpose of surface treatment is to improve the service life of sheet metal processing in bad environment (that is, rust prevention and corrosion resistance), to obtain the required surface effect or function (that is, to meet the requirements of the sheet metal processing appearance).

To meet the above requirements, the surface treatment technology of sheet metal processing mainly includes:

1、电镀锌:利用电解,在制件表面形成均匀、致密、结合良好的金属或合金沉积层的过程。
1, zinc plating: the use of electrolysis, forming a uniform, compact, good metal or alloy deposition layer on the surface of the workpiece.

2、镀铬:工艺原理与镀锌相同,铬涂层耐腐蚀性能极强,是镀锌的7—10倍,并且表面美观,但成本较高。
2, chrome plating: the process principle is the same as that of zinc plating, the chromium coating has strong corrosion resistance, it is 7 to 10 times of zinc plating, and the surface is beautiful, but the cost is higher.

3、喷涂:粉末被极化,在电场力的作用下,均匀附着在极性相反的产品表面。属于物理变化。主要是通过电极将涂料(粉料)极化,再将要喷涂的物体带相反的电荷,在电场力的作用下粉料均匀的附着在物体表面。粉末静电喷涂不会造成大气的污染,粉末可以回收降低材料的消耗成本,涂膜性能优越耐酸,耐碱,耐盐的腐蚀性较好,附着力也较高。

Powder electrostatic spraying will not cause atmospheric pollution, powder can be recycled to reduce the cost of material consumption, coating performance is superior acid resistance, alkali resistance, salt corrosion resistance is better, adhesion is also high.

4、电泳:电泳涂料在阴阳两极的作用下,带电涂料离子移动到产品表面,沉积形成涂层。属于化学变化。电泳漆膜具有涂层丰满、均匀、平整、光滑的优点,电泳漆膜的硬度、附着力、耐腐、冲击性能、渗透性能明显优于其它涂装工艺。常见的电泳颜色黑色居多,其他颜色也有。
4, electrophoresis: electrophoretic coating under the action of yin and Yang, the charged paint ions move to the surface of the product and deposit to form the coating. It is a chemical change. The electrophoretic film has the advantages of full, uniform, smooth and smooth coating. The hardness, adhesion, corrosion resistance, impact and permeability of the electrophoretic film are obviously superior to other coating processes. Common electrophoretic colors are mostly black and other colors.

5、浸塑:金属浸塑是对金属表面防腐的一种新型技术处理工艺方式,浸塑是个加热过程,金属预热、浸料、固化。在浸料时,加热的金属粘住周围的材料,金属越热,浸料时间越长,料的厚度越厚。浸塑应用广泛:具有丰富的色彩,良好的防护性,优异的耐寒保温性以及抗酸碱性。

5. Impregnation: metal impregnation is a new technology treatment process for metal surface anticorrosion. Dipping is a heating process, metal preheating, leaching and curing. When dipping, the heated metal sticks to the surrounding materials. The hotter the metal is, the longer the time is, the thicker the material is. Dipping is widely used: it has rich colors, good protection, excellent cold resistance, heat resistance and acid and alkali resistance.
