3, spray: powder is polarized, under the action of electric field force, uniformly attached to the opposite surface of the product. It is a physical change. It is mainly through the electrode to polarizing the coating (powder), and then the object to be sprayed with the opposite charge, under the action of the electric field force, the powder is attached to the surface of the object evenly. Powder electrostatic spraying will not cause atmospheric pollution, powder can be recycled to reduce the cost of material consumption, coating performance is superior acid resistance, alkali resistance, salt corrosion resistance is better, adhesion is also high.
4, electrophoresis: electrophoretic coating under the action of yin and Yang, the charged paint ions move to the surface of the product and deposit to form the coating. It is a chemical change. The electrophoretic film has the advantages of full, uniform, smooth and smooth coating. The hardness, adhesion, corrosion resistance, impact and permeability of the electrophoretic film are obviously superior to other coating processes. Common electrophoretic colors are mostly black and other colors.
5. Impregnation: metal impregnation is a new technology treatment process for metal surface anticorrosion. Dipping is a heating process, metal preheating, leaching and curing. When dipping, the heated metal sticks to the surrounding materials. The hotter the metal is, the longer the time is, the thicker the material is. Dipping is widely used: it has rich colors, good protection, excellent cold resistance, heat resistance and acid and alkali resistance.
