问题:产生点滴状的细小规则毛刺

Problem: producing tiny regular burrs

The possible reason: the focus is too low; the feed rate is too high

Solution: raise the focus; reduce the feed rate

问题:两边都产生长的不规则的细丝状毛刺,大板材的表面变色

Solution: press the pause button immediately to prevent slag from splashing onto the focusing mirror; reduce feed rate; increase power; raise focus.

问题:材料从上面排出

Solution: reduce feed rate; increase laser power; increase air pressure; reduce focus.

问题:底面上的毛刺类似熔渣,成点滴状并容易除去

Problem: burrs on the bottom are like slag, which is dripping and easy to remove.
