激光切割加工技术VS其他加工技术对比?

激光切割加工,具有一种新兴的切割技术,已得到了越来越多的应用,它是利用激光束进行切割,因此具有很多特点,并且有着其它热切割方法不同之处,那具体来讲,主要包括哪些呢?下面我们来探讨这些话题,让大家从不同方面对激光切割加工加工有不同的了解。

激光切割加工的特点有:

(1)热影响区小,所以不容易发生局部变形;

(2)对工件不会施加任何力,工件不会产生机械变形,对刀具也没有任何磨损;

(4)激光束可以进行控制,能与设备相结合,很方便实现操作过程的自动化;

(5)可以整张板进行排料,从而能节省一定的材料,避免浪费。

但在切割过程中,有时会出现焦点位置存在偏差的问题,那具体的原因有哪些呢?回答是:

工件几何误差:如果工件表面不是很平整,在切割过程中的热效应,则会使工件产生变形,从而产生几何误差。

工件装夹装置产生的误差:一般工件是放在针状的工作台上的,由于一些磨损和烧伤,使得针床变得凸凹不平,使得工件装夹装置产生误差。

氧-可燃体切割:它主要是用于低碳钢切割,热影响大,且切割速度慢,因此不适合用于6mm以下要求切割的材料切割。

等离子切割:它的速度要比氧-可燃体切割快,但是切割质量也不怎么好,切边容易出现波浪,所以适用于切割较厚的钢板,或者对光束反射率高的铝合金。

模冲:如果是需要大量生产,那么可以用冲模,但缺点是对变化的适应性差,如果需要设计新的模具,那么需要很长的时间,所以不适用于中、小规模的生产。

电加工:包含电火花和电化学加工这两种,适用于坚硬材料,但切割速度明显要比激光切割加工慢很多。

水切割:可用于多种金属材料的切割,但缺点是费用要比激光切割加工高。
