激光切割加工VS其它钣金切割加工技术的分析对比

1.激光切割加工与水切割的比较

激光切割加工的投资是比较大的,主要是用于中薄钢板以及部分非金属材料的切割,但切割速度快、切割精度高。但对于一些厚钢板,则切割起来有一定困难了。而水切割,它的投资小,操作简单方便,但切割速度慢,精度比较低。

激光切割加工只能对中薄板切割,而不能用于厚板的切割,但等离子切割却可以。从切割质量来看,激光切割加工的切割面是比较光滑的,一般不需要进行再加工了,但是等离子切割因为有热效应,因此切割表面没有那么光滑,而且激光切割加工的切割精度和切割速度要好于等离子切割。
