现代化钣金车间的激光切割加工技术解读

钣金车间激光切割加工采用CO2激光或YAC激光器,进行二维和三维的切割加工,具有切割精度高的特点。激光源功率大小不等,从5W到90kW均有系列的产品,钣金件的激光切割加工主要是采用100W~1500W的功率激光。当激光源的输出功率小于1500W时,激光源为单模振荡模式,可进行0.2mm宽度的切割,该以功率切割之后干净平整;当激光源的输出功率大于1500w时,激光源为多模振荡模式,可进行1mm宽度的切割,但该以功率切割之后会有少量的污物。

对厚板切割时需采用辅助气体配合,辅助气体包括空气、氧气和氮气等,其中氮气可以在切割过程中防止切面的氧化,氧气适用于厚度较大板的高速切割情况。钣金车间激光切割可采用CAD或CAM技术,为加工工件模型和激光器提供加工信息和加工参数,可快速高精度的完成生产,实现自动化的切割。激光切割尤需重更换模具,可以实现生产准备周期缩短,生产成本降低的效果。
