钣金件加工重要的四点事项两种解决方法

1、用熔化极气体保护(GMAW)和药芯焊丝气体保护焊(FCAW)焊接钢(板金加工机箱机柜)制工件时,如果工件的板厚超过了焊机可以达到的最大焊接电流,将如何进行处理?

解决的方法是焊前预热金属。采用丙烷、标准规定的气体或乙炔焊炬对工件焊接区域进行预热处理,预热温度为150~260℃,然后进行焊接。对焊接区域金属进行预热的目的是防止焊缝区域冷却过快,不使焊缝产生裂纹或未熔合。

2、如果需要采用熔化极气体保护焊或药芯焊丝气体保护焊将一薄金属盖焊接在较厚钢管(板金加工机箱机柜)上,进行焊接时如果不能正确调整焊接电流,可能会导致两种情况:一是为了防止薄金属烧穿而减小焊接电流,此时不能将薄金属盖焊接到厚钢管上;二是焊接电流过大会烧穿薄金属盖。这时应如何进行处理?

1. How to deal with the maximum welding current that can be achieved if the thickness of the workpiece exceeds the maximum welding current that the welder can reach when using GMAW and FCAW welding wire gas shielded welding (FCAW) welding steel (plate gold machining case cabinet) to make the workpiece.

The solution is to preheat the metal before welding. Propane, standard gas or acetylene welding torch is used to preheat the welding area of the workpiece, preheating temperature is 150~260 degrees, and then welded. The purpose of preheating the metal in the welding area is to prevent the weld area from being cooled too fast and not to cause cracks or non fusion.

2. If it is necessary to weld a thin metal cover on a thick steel tube (plate gold machining case cabinet) with a melting pole gas shielded welding or a cored wire gas shielded welding, if the welding current is not properly adjusted, it may lead to two cases: one is to prevent the thin metal from burning and reducing the welding current. The thin metal cover can be welded to the thick steel pipe, and the two is that the welding current will burn through the thin metal cover. How should we deal with it at this time?

主要有两种解决方法。

① 调整焊接电流避免烧穿薄金属盖,同时用焊炬预热厚钢管,然后采用薄板焊接工艺对两金属结构进行焊接。

② 调整焊接电流以适合于厚钢管(板金加工机箱机柜)的焊接。进行焊接时,保持焊接电弧在厚钢管上的停留时间为90%,并减少在薄金属盖上的停留时间。应指出,只有当熟练掌握这项技术时,才能得到良好的焊接接头。

3、当将一薄壁圆管或矩形薄壁管件焊接到一厚板上时,焊条容易烧穿薄壁管部分,除了上述两种解决方法,还有其他的解决方法吗?

有,主要是在焊接过程中采用一个散热棒。如将一个实心圆棒插入薄壁圆管中,或将一实心矩形棒插入矩形管件中,实心棒将会带走薄壁工件的热量并防止烧穿。一般来说,在多数供货的中空管或矩形管材料中都紧密安装了实心圆棒或矩形棒。焊接时应注意将焊缝远离管子的末端,管子的末端是最易发生烧穿的薄弱区域。用内置散热棒避免烧穿。

There are two main solutions.

First, adjust the welding current to avoid burning the thin metal cover, and preheat the thick steel pipe with the torch, then weld the two metal structure with the thin plate welding process.

Second, adjust the welding current to suit the welding of thick steel tube (sheet metal processing cabinet). During welding, the retention time of the welding arc on the thick steel pipe is 90%, and the residence time on the thin metal cover is reduced. It should be pointed out that only when we master this technology can we get a good welding joint.

3. When a thin-walled tube or rectangular thin wall pipe is welded to a thick plate, the electrode is easy to burn through the thin-walled tube. In addition to the two solutions mentioned above, are there any other solutions?

Yes, a heat sink is used during welding. If a solid circular rod is inserted into a thin-walled tube or a solid rectangular bar is inserted into a rectangular tube, the solid rod will take away the heat of the thin-walled workpiece and prevent the burn through. In general, solid rods or rectangular rods are tightly installed in most of the hollow or rectangular tubes. When welding, the weld should be kept away from the end of the pipe. The end of the pipe is the most vulnerable area to burn through. Avoid burning through with a built-in heat sink.
