From the customer of my contact, most of the customers use the CNC programming software for the random bundled OEM software, many old machine tools are still using the DOS version of the software, the function is relatively backward, and the user's skills need to be improved.
If there are many sets of software from different machine tool manufacturers in the factory, there are many inconveniences in personnel training, equipment and operation management, programming efficiency, and equipment task switching. In addition, more than half of the use of DNC software, floppy disk loss, staff between the scene and the office between the back and forth will inevitably reduce the production efficiency of the factory. Therefore, it is imperative to manage all the punching / cutting / composite equipment from a single set of software.
3. The degree of information is not high
At present, most sheet metal processing plants have implemented departmental software solutions, such as CAD/CAM/PDM system, CRM system, logistics system, etc. This forms the so-called "information island", and the information exchange between departments is not smooth, which greatly restricts the production and development of enterprises. Therefore, the implementation of enterprise management software is the best solution for enterprises to solve the problem of information island.
