激光切割技术中的特点和原理

激光切割加工特点:速度快,切口光滑平整,一般无需后续加工;切割热影响区小,板材变形小,切缝窄(0.1mm~0.3mm);切口没有机械应力,无剪切毛刺;加工精度高,重复性好,不损伤材料表面;数控编程,可加工任意的平面图,可以对幅面很大的整板切割,无需开模具,经济省时。

激光可切割的材料很多,包括有机玻璃、木板、塑料等非金属板材,以及不锈钢、碳钢、合金钢、铝板等多种金属材料。脉冲激光适用于金属材料,连续激光适用于非金属材料,后者是激光切割技术的重要应用领域。

工作台精度越高,切割的精度越高。

工件厚度越大,精度越低,切缝越大。

由于激光切割加工光束为锥形,切缝也是锥形,厚度0.3MM的不锈钢比2MM的切缝小的多。

工件材质对精度有一定影响。

同样情况下,不锈钢要比铝的切割精度高,切面光滑一些。

The laser can cut a lot of materials, including non metal sheets, such as organic glass, wood board, plastic and so on, as well as a variety of metal materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, aluminum plate and so on.  Pulse laser is suitable for metal materials. CW laser is suitable for non-metallic materials. The latter is an important application area of laser cutting technology.

The higher the precision of the worktable, the higher the precision of the cutting.

The bigger the workpiece thickness is, the lower the accuracy is, and the larger the slit is.

Because the laser beam is tapered, the slit is also tapered, and the thickness of 0.3MM stainless steel is much smaller than that of 2MM.

The quality of the workpiece has a certain effect on the accuracy.

In the same case, stainless steel has higher cutting accuracy than aluminum and smooth section.
