       振动炉排是生物质热风炉中的重要部件,调整热风炉燃烧的方法就是依靠对振动炉排的振动频率和振动周期的调整来实现的。通常振动炉排的振动频率一般不随负荷的变化而进行调整。而最佳的振动频率是通过观察低端炉排挡灰板处的灰渣堆积厚度来决定的。当燃料的粒度、水分和负荷发生变化时,也仅仅是对振动时间和停止时间的调整,一般不会改变振动的频率。

      振动炉排的频率主要有三个因素来决定:首先是低端炉排内挡灰板的灰渣堆积厚度,正常应维持在5—10cm;其次是在一定振动的频率下,不能使炉膛的负压发生剧烈的变化;其三是检测捞渣机出口的灰渣含碳量,正常的含碳量应该为5—10%之间。所以振动炉排的频率正常应该在40—45赫兹。

      此外,炉排的振动时间决定了燃料颗粒在炉排上的行走速度,或每一振动周期内燃料在炉排上的行程。振动时间越长,其破坏焦渣的能力也就越强,但料层内部的翻动性能会变差,行走速度加快;炉排的停止时间在很大程度上决定了燃料颗粒在炉排上的停留时间。
