数控钣金加工工艺有哪些组成跟特点

数控钣金新工艺的特点

1)传统的工艺中的工件都是需要几个部分进行组成的,但是现在的新工艺都是通过一次切割折弯而实现的,这样就减少了很多不必要的工序,使得周期变短,同时成本也随之减少。

2)数控钣金传统工艺为了焊接的配置是需要使用专用的夹具的,针对现在新工艺来说都是使用类似木工榫的工艺,这样不仅从定位上来说更加的准确,而且非常的省时间,产品也不会出现严重的变形,同样可以减少周期降低成本,同时质量也有所增加。

3)数控钣金新工艺还有多重折弯工艺,使得设计和工艺上都存在着独特的工艺,这样产品的质量也会提高,同时成本也将减少,但是在真正工艺时还是需要和点焊做配合的。

4)同时借助激光的优势,就是精度高且切缝细,做到一次切割、四次折弯就可以实现四个工件的完成。

5)正因为整个工艺的完美配合(榫结构+工件折弯+点焊工艺),使得工件的变形非常的小,而且在喷涂前是不需要进行整形和打磨的工作的。
