钣金加工是如何计算加工的成本呢

本公司拥有2500瓦大型激光切割机(详细参照设备介绍),数控冲床对外加工可进行碳钢、不锈钢等材质材料进行切割下料,使用激光切割下料,工件加工后断面整齐、平滑漂亮,尺寸精准,对带有弧线的工件更具优势,是一般数控冲压无法替代的加工方式。

折 弯:工件下好料后如大部分需要进行折弯成型,公司拥有多台电脑折弯机,不仅速度快,工件加工更加精准,为后续焊接组装提供良好保证。

液体油漆:此工艺和静电喷粉有差异,一般针对大工件,在无法搬运的情况下使用液体油漆有方便,成本低廉等优点,液体油漆一般分两步,在工件处理后上底漆再上面漆。

数控冲压:本公司拥有芬兰进口转塔数控冲床,数控冲压主要针对产品加工材料厚度较薄,一般在2.5mm以下材料较适合,加工工件的孔较多或者需要开特殊模具(比如凸凹模)才能加工的工件,批量较大的时候用数控冲压具有一定的成本优势。

静电喷粉:静电喷粉主要针对碳钢材质工件,不锈钢一般焊接后主要用酒精清洗焊接部位后就不再需要进行处理了,但铁件因为容易生锈,故需要进行表面处理,在工艺上一般先进行除油除锈,表调清洗,磷化处理,静电喷粉,高温烘烤等工艺,处理后工件表面美观(颜色,图纹可自行选择),数年内不会生锈,成本低廉等优点。

焊接成型:工件在下好料后一般需要组装成型,组装方式有多种,有的直接用螺丝、拉铆等非焊接工艺成型,这种成型方法较简洁,环保,拆解容易,但存在设计复杂,结构不够牢固,外观不够漂亮,所以一般机械外壳不采取此类组装方式,此类比较适合家具类等办公产品,一般机械外壳钣金多使用焊接成型,公司一般采取氩弧焊接,碰焊,二氧化碳焊接等,焊接后对工件进行打磨抛光,这样工件就比较牢固,美观。

钣金加工是如何计算加工的成本呢:

1、运输费:其的成本摊到产品之内。

2、标准件以及配件的成本:意思是图纸需求的标准件成本

3、管理费用:其的运用分成了两个部分,厂租水电以及财务费用。

4、材料费:其代表的是图纸需求的净制材成本=大小x密度x单价+批次不良率损失

5、程序的钣金加工成本:意思是制作好的设备所要的每一次程序所要的制作成本。

6、利润:思考到企业长时间发展以及更好的为消费者服务,平常的利润点是10%-15%

7、包装费:依据产品的不一样,包装的需求不一样,成本也就不一样了,平常在20-30元/立方米

钣金加工图纸设计:一般客户提供图纸或样品,由我公司工程人员进行尺量,设计,展开,最后形成加工分解图和组装图提交给生产部加工。

CNC punching: the company has the Finland imported CNC punch press. The numerical control punching is mainly aimed at the thinner thickness of the product, which is generally suitable for the material below 2.5mm. The cost advantage is fixed.

Electrostatic powder spraying: electrostatic spray is mainly aimed at carbon steel material. After stainless steel is generally welded with alcohol, it is no longer required to be treated. However, the iron parts need to be surface treated because it is easy to rust, so the process is usually used to remove oil and rust, surface cleaning, phosphating treatment, electrostatic powder injection. After high temperature baking, the surface of the workpiece is beautiful (color, pattern can be selected by itself), and it will not rust and low cost in a few years.

Welding molding: the workpiece is usually assembled and formed after good material, and there are many kinds of assembly. Some are directly used by non welding technology such as screws and riveting. This molding method is simple, environmental and easy to disassemble. But there is a complex design, the structure is not strong enough, and the appearance is not beautiful enough, so the general mechanical shell is not adopted. This kind of assembly method is suitable for the office products such as furniture and other office products. The general mechanical shell sheet metal is mostly used for welding molding. The company generally adopts argon arc welding, collision welding, carbon dioxide welding and so on. After welding, the workpiece is polished and polished to the workpiece, so that the workpiece is more firm and beautiful.
