选择钣金加工工艺有几个典型的方式

钣金加工技术要求

材料为1Crl8Ni9Ti钢板,厚度82mm,内轮廓曲率不仅多变而且要做到光滑过度,且尺寸公差最严处为35-0.1mm。

对于钣金加工零件来说,需要根据不同的规格来确定加工的方案,在专业的钣金加工厂当中,对于选择加工工艺有几个典型的选择方式:

1、钣金件的结构特点

(1)名称:导流板。

(2)结构特点:加工内型面为不规则曲线轮廓结构。

2、针对下达导流板16件生产任务进行各种工艺的分析比较

(1) 模具冲压

因只加工16件。虽然模具能保证内轮廓精度要求,但是加工Φ1孔的阳模寿命短易折断,模具本身成本高而且加工周期长,不经济。

(3) 高压水切割

密封件、切割头等耗材寿命短,成本高。

(2) 电火花线切割

精度以及表面光滑过度均能保证。但是首先需要加工出穿丝孔.加工速度过于缓慢。不合理(注:线切割加工直线段与激光切割精度及粗糙度相当。但是如果加工自由曲线或不规则曲线则精度及粗糙度不如激光切割)。

(4) 激光切割

因为其数控程序是由CAD图形-几何位图-以非均匀有理B样条曲线为基础的PLC控制程序同步转化的,不存在人为误差,再加上精密机床保证,机械精度理论上误差在±0.02mm,由于环境原因实际上误差在±0.05mm左右。而且排料可以用软件来排。排料随心所欲,材料利用率通常≥80%,加工精度、切割面粗糙度、热影响区范围和加工速度均能满足要求。

3、工艺分析及工艺方案的选择

根据上述零件的零件图及结构特点.有以下几种加工工艺方案可供选择:

(1)模具冲压;

(2)电火花线切割;

(3)高压水切割;

(4)激光切割。

16 pieces are processed only. Although the mold can ensure the accuracy of the internal contour, but the machining of the male die with 1 holes is short and easy to break, the cost of the mold itself is high, and the processing cycle is long and uneconomical.

(3) high pressure water cutting

Seals, cutting heads and other consumables have short service life and high cost.

(2) EDM wire cutting

The accuracy and the smooth surface of the surface can be guaranteed. But first of all, we need to work out the hole through the wire. The machining speed is too slow. It is unreasonable (Note: the linear section of WEDM is equivalent to the accuracy and roughness of laser cutting. But if the free curve or irregular curve is processed, the accuracy and roughness are not as good as laser cutting.

(4) laser cutting

Because its NC program is transformed by the CAD graphics - geometric map - the PLC control program based on the nonuniform rational B spline curve, there is no human error, and the precision machine tool is guaranteed by the precision machine tool, the error in the mechanical precision is in the + 0.02mm, and the error of the environment is about + 0.05mm in fact because of the environmental reasons. And the material can be arranged by software. The material utilization rate is usually equal to 80%. The machining accuracy, cutting surface roughness, heat affected zone and processing speed can meet the requirements.

3, process analysis and selection of process plan

According to the parts drawing and structural features of the above parts, the following processing schemes are available:

(1) die stamping;

(2) electrical discharge wire cutting;

(3) high pressure water cutting;

(4) laser cutting.
