解读钣金加工下料工艺的两种方式的区别

钣金加工下料部分因加工方法冉,所使用的下料的加工工艺也会不同,一般来说钣金加工常用的方法还是激光切割和数冲。

激光切割板材厚度冷扎板热扎板小于或等于20毫米, 不锈钢小于10毫米。使用激光切割加工的板材厚,外行成型快,但是网孔类工件却无法使用这种方法处理,成本相对较高。

而数冲即数控冲床加工,板材厚度冷扎板、热扎板小于或等于3毫米,铝板小于或等于4毫米,不锈钢小于或等于2毫米。与激光切割相比,加工板材的厚度比较小。

Because of the processing method of the sheet metal processing, the processing technology of the material used is also different. In general, the common methods of sheet metal processing are laser cutting and number flushing.

The thickness of laser cutting sheet is less than or equal to 20 mm, and the stainless steel is less than 10 mm. The thickness of the sheet produced by laser cutting is fast, and the formation of the outboard is fast. However, mesh parts can not be processed by this method, and the cost is relatively high.

And the number of blanking is CNC punch machine processing, plate thickness cold ligation plate, hot plate less than or equal to 3 millimeters, aluminum plate less than or equal to 4 millimeters, stainless steel less than or equal to 2 millimeters. Compared with laser cutting, the thickness of the processed sheet is relatively small.
