常规冲压工艺钣金加工压成形的技术特点

1.钣金加工成形压力高,达到数GPa ,因此可实现高压下薄板的全塑性成形,解决小曲率成形的回弹问题。

2.非接触式冲压成形,特别适合于有局部反向拉深和胀形的小曲率汽车覆盖件成形。

3.可控性好,成形精确。单脉冲冲压最小可控变形量0.035mm ,最大可控变形量数mm ,并可根据成形曲率来调整激光光斑尺寸,常用尺寸为2mm~10mm。

4.钣金加工适应性强,表面质量高。对板材成形前的表面质量要求低于常规钣金冲压加工工艺,成形后的表面粗糙度提高1~2个数量级。

5.集材料表面改性强化和成形于一体,在钣金工件表面形成了很高的残余压应力,特别适合于有抗疲劳及应力腐蚀要求的零部件。

6.钣金加工拓展了冷冲压成形的零件范围,使得高强度结构钢、钛合金、复合材料等多种材料能进行局部成形、拉深和校平。
