6 断电后,滑块自由下落及工作时打连发的冲床严禁使用。

7 模具未紧固、间隙未调好,不准开动机床。

8 易变形的弯曲件,表面易划伤件加工时要整齐排放装箱,不得堆放。

9 非金属的加工件,在加工前应把模具和工作台擦干净,以免弄脏工件。
