钣金件的应用、钣金加工下料的方式浅析

随着钣金的应用越来越广泛,钣金加工厂家的钣金件的设计变成了产品开发过程中很重要的一环,机械工程师必须熟练掌握钣金件的设计技巧,使得设计的钣金既满足产品的功能和外观等要求,又能使得冲压模具制造简单、成本低。

1、设计并绘出其钣金件的零件图,作用是用图纸方式将其钣金件的结构表达出来。

2、绘制展开图,也就是将一结构复杂的零件展开成一个平板件。

3、冲床加工

一般冲床加工的有冲孔切角、冲孔落料、冲凸包、冲撕裂、抽孔等加工方式,以达到加工目的。其加工需要有相应的模具来完成操作。冲凸包的有凸包模,冲撕裂的有撕裂成形模等。

4、翻边攻丝

翻边又叫抽孔,就是在一个较小的基孔上抽成一个稍大的孔,再在抽孔上攻丝。这样做可增加其强度,避免滑牙。一般用于板厚比较薄的钣金加工。当板厚较大时,如2.0、2.5等以上的板厚。

5、下料下料的方式有很多种,主要有以下几种方式:

a.剪床下料利用剪床剪出展开图的外形长宽尺寸。若有冲孔、切角的,再转冲床结合模具冲孔、切角成形。

b.冲床下料利用冲床分一步或多步在板材上将零件展开后的平板件结构冲制成形。其优点是耗费工时短,效率高,可减少加工成本,在批量生产时经常用到。

c.NC数控下料NC下料时首先要编写数控加工程序。就是利用编程软件,将绘制的展开图编写成NC数控加工机床可识别的程序。让其跟据这些程序一步一步的在一块铁板上,将其平板件的结构形状冲制出来。

d.激光下料利用激光切割方式,在一块铁板上将其平板件的结构形状切割出来。

钣金加工三种板材下料方法 

情况一:薄板,简单的用剪板机下料,复杂的不好剪的又是批量生产的用冲模冲下料,厚板用数控切割下料。 

情况二:精度要求不高的用剪板机就可以了,精度高的吗用等离子切割机或者激光切割了。 

情况三:工业化批量生产通常是买钢卷,设立下料冲裁线,用自动开卷机开卷+快速剪床下矩形或梯形料,若为提高材料利用率,可追加弧形刀剪床切弧形料。中批量则请钢厂直接订矩形料垛了,激光/等离子只用于试制(成本太高,生产率低),水刀用于非冷热轧材的某些特殊材料切割,生产率也低。

3, punching machine processing

4. Flanging tapping

Flanging is also called pumping hole, which is to draw a slightly larger hole on a smaller base hole and then tapping on the hole. This can increase its strength and avoid slipping. It is generally used for sheet metal processing with thin plate thickness. When the plate thickness is large, such as 2 and 2.5 above the thickness of the plate.

5. There are many ways to cut stock.

A. cut bed blanking using scissors to cut out the size and width of the expansion plan. If there is piercing and corner cutting, the punching machine will be combined with die punching and corner cutting.

B. punching blanking is done by punching machine in one step or more steps.  Its advantages are short work time and high efficiency, which can reduce processing cost and is often used in mass production.

C.NC NC blanking NC blanking, first of all, we need to write CNC machining procedures. It is to use programming software to compile the expanded drawing to be a recognizable program of NC CNC machine tool. Let them step by step with these programs on a piece of iron plate, and punch out the structural shape of the flat panel.

D. laser cutting is done by means of laser cutting, and the structural shape of flat panel is cut on a piece of iron plate.

Three kinds of sheet metal cutting method for sheet metal processing

Situation 1: thin plate, simply cut off with the shearing machine, complex and bad scissors are batch production, blanking with punching die, cutting thick plate with CNC cutting.

Situation two: the cutting machine with high precision is not enough, and the cutting machine with high accuracy can be cut by plasma cutting machine or laser.

Situation three: industrial mass production is usually bought steel rolls, set down blanking line, open volume with automatic uncoiler + fast scissors under rectangular or trapezium. If the utilization rate of materials is improved, arc cutting machine can be added to cut arc material. In the middle batch, the steel mill is requested to set up the rectangular stacks directly. The laser / plasma is used only for trial production (too high cost and low productivity). The water knife is used for cutting some special materials of non cold and hot rolled material, and the productivity is low.
