如何检查钣金加工产品是否过关?

钣金加工的时候,有问多需要主要的地方,我们的工人需要严格的把好质量关,还要在生产过程中注意以上的安全,才能让钣金件加工的产品做得更好!

钣金加工质量检查:

1 所有钣金加工的零件必须符合图纸和工艺的要求。

2 模具用完后检验尾件符合图纸要求一同入库。开关柜通用模具不带尾件入库。

钣金加工安全生产注意事项:

2 穿戴好规定的劳保用品。

3 在操作过程中,精神应集中。

1 严格按操作规程操作,定人定设备。

7 模具未紧固、间隙未调好,不准开动机床。

6 断电后,滑块自由下落及工作时打连发的冲床严禁使用。

8 易变形的弯曲件,表面易划伤件加工时要整齐排放装箱,不得堆放。

9 非金属的加工件,在加工前应把模具和工作台擦干净,以免弄脏工件。

5 加工弯曲时,未取出模中零件前,不准放入第二件、落料、冲孔时要及时清楚掉落在模具刃口上的零件,否则不准继续冲。

4 在操作过程中,严禁将手伸入上下模之间,在没有采取保护措施前,尽量避免连发,加工小件时必须用镊子或其它专用工具操作。

传统的钣金工艺是采用:剪切——冲——折弯——焊接流程或者火焰等离子切割——折弯——焊接工艺。在多品种,小批量,定制化,高质量,短交货期的订单面前,它显现出明显的不适应。激光切割工艺作为“剪切——冲”的替代工艺出现,具有灵活、柔性高的特点。同时多数人也认为其成本高。故常应用在异形(或形状复杂的)工件和样品(单件或极小批量)制造上。但当小批量制造越来越普及时,激光切割的需求也日益上升。

因此新的钣金工艺是从设计开始的:设计 激光切割 折弯 焊接/铆焊。下面通过几个事例来说明新工艺的特点。

从而达到产品质量高,制造成本低的目的。在实际工艺下,还需配合点焊。当重新审视新的钣金工艺:激光切割 折弯 焊接/铆焊时,由于激光切割的高柔性、高精度,三维设计技术的成熟与普及,用户可从新的设计、新的流程中获益。从而达到降低成本、缩短工期的要求。
