数控钣金机床大大提高了钣金加工能力

一、数控冲床的特点

数控冲床的操作和监控全部在数控单元完成,它是数控冲床的大脑。与普通冲床相比,数控冲床有如下特点:加工精度高,具有稳定的加工质量,对操作人员的素质要求较高。对维修人员的技术要求更高;冲床自动化程度高,可以减轻劳动程度:加工零件改变时,一般只需要更改数控程序,可节省生产准备时间;冲床本身的精度高、刚性大,可选择有利的加工量,生产率高,可进行多坐标的联动,能加工形状复杂的零件可做剪切成形等。

二、数控冲床的加工方式

1、阵列成形:在大板上加工多件不同或相同的工件加工方式。

2、多方向的连续冲裁:使用小模具加工大孔的加工方式。

3、单次成型:按模具形状一次浅拉深成型的加工方式。

4、蚕食:使用小圆模以较小的步距进行连续冲阵制弧形的加工方式。

5、单冲:单次完成冲孔、包括圆周分布、圆弧分布、直线分布、栅格孔的分布。

6、同方向的连续冲裁:使用长方形模具部分重叠的加工方式,可以进行加工切边、长型孔等。

7、连续成形:成型比模具尺寸大的成型加工方式,如滚台阶、滚筋、大尺寸百叶窗等加工方式。

该控制系统能够逻辑的处理具有控制编码或其他符号指令规定的程序,并将其译码,从而使冲床动作及加工零件。数控冲床可用于各类金属薄板的零件加工。通过简单的模具组合,相对于传统冲压而言,节省了大量的模具费用,可以使用低成本和短周期加工小批量、多样化的产品,具有较大的加工范围和加工能力。从而及时适应市场与产品的变化。
