Because of the late start of the sheet metal processing in our country, there are still some technical defects, so the sheet metal processing mode between different enterprises is different. 注意事项:

1、要便于加工操作,尽量减少不必要的弯腰、踮脚动作。

2、定位应准确可靠,以防产生振动,造成误差。

3、设备操作件的运动方向与被操作件的运动方向要符合规定要求,并要简易标明。

4、设置必要的互锁机构,以防操作中出现不协调动作,引发危险。

5、手柄、手轮、按钮的结构以及排列位置要符合要求。一般启动按钮应安装在机壳内,并装设防止意外触动的护环,轴杆上应装有自动脱出装置,以防手轮、手柄伤人。
