钣金加工制造技术,其主要的种类有:

(1)液压成形技术

就是将液压囊作为弹性凹模或是凸模,将油作为传压介质,从而进行成形操作和过程。

(2)激光冲击技术

就是将激光光束通过脉冲这一形式来冲击金属表面,从而形成一种平面波,进而能使材料产生塑性变形。

(3)塑性成形技术

其还可以分为三类,为细晶塑性、相变塑性和其它塑性,其中应用最广泛的是第一种,不过其是有一定要求的,主要是等轴细晶组织应有很好的热稳定性,变形温度应大于材料的熔点温度,还有就是器应变速率要低。

1、钣金加工利润高。如冲压一般可以达到30%左右,而激光切割则可以达到50%甚至更多。

2、钣金加工生产能力需求提高。中国越来越成为国际加工制造中心,加上国外投资的不断增加,金属精加工的能力需求不断加大,而金属加工行业中的电器控制箱、机器外壳等一般来说都是钣金件,所以钣金加工能力需求也不断提高。

3、钣金加工加工精度要求低,上手容易。就钣金加工而言,精度在几丝是很司空见惯的事,而工艺的复杂性也比较高,甚至有些零件工序达到几十道之多。所以金加工企业通常需要各种各样的机械设备以满足不同工艺要求。而钣金冲孔精度一般在±0.1mm左右,折弯精度一般可以达到±0.5mm,因此相对于金加工来说,精度低得多。

The punching accuracy of sheet metal is usually about 0.1mm, and the bending accuracy can reach 0.5mm. Therefore, the accuracy is much lower than that of gold processing.
