钣金成形加工过程中激光的实际用途

到目前来说,激光加工应该是最有发展前途的技术之一了,它不仅应用广泛,使用效果也非常的好。尤其是在成形加工过程中,激光技术几乎都有涉及,包括了激光切割、激光焊接、激光打孔以及激光弯曲成形等等。

由于激光具有方向性好、亮度高、单色性好等特点,因此由它形成的激光束照射在材料上,能够得起到熔化、汽化、烧蚀,并形成孔洞的作用。随着光束和工件的相对运动,最终使工件形成切缝,实现工件被切割的目的。

而激光焊接当然也是利用激光的高热量,将被焊金属表面烧熔粘合并形成焊接接头,相比其他焊接技术来说,激光焊接具有生产率高,焊缝窄、变形小、精度高等优势。要说最早的激光技术,那就是激光打孔,这里一般采用的是能量密度高,效率高的脉冲激光。
