激光切割加工中包括哪些基本方式?

作为热切割中的一种,激光切割加工受到了广泛的欢迎,在真正的作业中,还可以通过好几种方式来实现激光切割。这就涉及到激光切割的几种工作原理,得到的切割效果也是不同的。

一种技术激光汽化切割,就是利用激光束对工件进行加热,由于它的能量比较高,因此可以使温度迅速上升,材料就会开始汽化。在蒸汽喷出的同时,材料上就会有切口形成。这种切割需要很大的额功率和功率密度才能完成,多数是用到极薄金属材料和非金属材料的切割过程中。

另一种是激光熔化切割,对金属进行加热使其熔化,然后依靠气体的强大压力使液态金属排出,并且形成切口。由于不需要是金属完全汽化,因此能耗的消耗也减少了很多,一般在一些不易氧化的材料或活性金属的切割中用的比较多。

还有一种是激光氧化切割,用激光作为预热热源,用氧气等活性气体作为切割气体,通过两者的共同作用之后在金属中形成切口。这过程中有大量的而热会放出,对节约能源消耗也有一定的帮助。

除了上述三种激光切割方式之外,激光划片与控制断裂也可以使材料断开,从而得到所需的尺寸要求。
