离心风机为什么会磨损?有哪些因素导致它磨损

造成离心风机磨损的因素有很多,而且多数是由于多重机理综合作用的结果。典型的磨损有冲蚀磨损和擦伤式尘粒磨损。固体颗粒进入叶轮后与壁面相互作用,在离心流道的进口区域和整个轴向流道内,固体颗粒基本上是在气流的夹带及自身惯性的综合作用下,以非零攻角在碰撞壁面,然后又反弹进入流道内,这样引起的壁面材料磨损是典型的冲蚀磨损。而在离心流道的出口区域内,尘粒在流道内运动了较长的一段距离,大部分和壁面发生过多次碰撞,基本上沿着压力表面滑动或滚动,并对着壁面有一定的压力作用,这样造成的背面材料的磨损属于擦伤式尘粒磨损,尘粒在压力面附近区域的集中更加剧了尘粒磨损的危害程度。

The wear of the wall material is typical. Erosion wear. In the outlet area of the centrifugal flow channel, the dust particles move a long distance in the flow path, most of which collide with the wall, basically sliding or rolling along the pressure surface, and having a certain pressure on the wall, so the wear of the back material belongs to the abrasion type of dust particles, and the dust particles are pressed. The concentration of the area near the force surface is more harmful to the wear of particles. 

磨损的种类有:The types of wear are:

1 磨粒磨损

风机中固体颗粒以一定的速度与零件表面作相对运动就会引起磨粒磨损。凸凹不平的接触表面,因相对运动下的锉削效应或界面间分散的固体颗粒的研磨作用所导致的磨损。它对叶轮磨损的程度影响。

1 abrasive wear

In the fan, the relative movement of the solid particles with the surface of the parts at a certain speed will cause abrasive wear. The uneven surface of contact is caused by the filing effect under relative motion or the abrasive wear caused by dispersed solid particles between the interfaces. It affects the degree of abrasion of the impeller . 

2 吸附磨损

其它条件相同时,即使提高加工表面的加工精度等级和洁净度,使彼此贴合更好,但其磨损并不降低,反而因界面贴近,分子吸附作用显著,加重了界面的磨损,称此为吸附磨损。

2 adsorption wear

When the other conditions are the same, even improving the machining accuracy grade and cleanliness of the machined surface makes each other better, but the wear is not reduced, but the interface is close to the interface, and the molecular adsorption is significant, which aggravates the wear of the interface, which is called the adsorption wear. 

3 冲刷磨损

因固体颗粒对金属表面的冲刷而引起的表面擦伤称为冲刷磨损。

4 疲劳磨损

由于表面疲劳应力(或温度或冲击)引起表面裂纹或鳞屑脱落所致称为疲劳磨损。 总之,从损坏的叶轮来看,各种形式的叶轮磨损的情况及部位不尽相同。但磨损形式主要为以上几种且都为局部磨损。磨损的部位主要在叶片的工作面和靠近后盘处。

4 fatigue wear

Fatigue failure is caused by surface fatigue stress (or temperature or impact) causing surface cracks or scaling off. In short, from the damaged impeller, the wear and tear of various forms of impeller are different. However, the wear pattern is mainly composed of the above and local wear. The worn parts are mainly located in the working face of the blade and near the rear plate.
