数控折弯加工机械操作规程

为了更好的更规范对数控折弯机的安全操作管理。我们在生产过程中也在不断得增强作业人员的安全意识和实际安全技能,促进安全生产,确保设备使用完好。

2、职责和要权限:1)操作人员应能对使用的设备进行简单的维护与保养。

2)操作人员应对违反操作规程使用设备而引起的后果负责。

3)操作人员有权拒绝违反操作规程的工作求。

  3、操作规程 

1)操作准备  

(1)本机床必须由经过专门培训的人员操作,禁止他人擅自操作,以免引起人身和设备安全事故。  

(2)操作人员在操作之前应穿戴劳动保护用品,并对机器和工作环境进行仔细检查,检查确认后方可开机操作。检查的内容包括机器的设备性能,程序和模具的设置,机器的保养和交接班记录,发现异常应及时向领班汇报。开机前应先给机床各润滑点加油,并检查设备上有无异物。

(3)通电回参前,必须先确认机床后侧没人。


2)操作方法  

(1)换模具时最好一人进行,两人配合时千万要小心,防止压伤手指。在运行模式下读取存储的操作NC程序并检查,按程序要求装入指定的上下模具。模具安装时,机床应设置在停止状态。  

(2)、任何情况下不能把手伸进上下模具之间, 以防滑块突然掉下压伤手指.  

(3)、后挡指要稍高于下模,防止X值过小时两者相撞.  

(4)、折弯时如果板材抵住手指,禁止按急停开关,应按回程按钮,使滑块上 行。

(5)、程序编制完毕,在运行模式下至少空运行两次,检查程序是否正确后方可进行折弯工作。 

(6)、折弯工件事尽量由一人操作,如需两人或多人操作时,由其中有经验的一人发出工作指令,保持工作步骤一致。  

(7)、折弯过程中,禁止闲杂人员在折弯区域逗留,确保人身安全。 

(8)、折弯过程中,必须随时检查模具是否有松动,位移,保证其紧固。 

(9)、折弯过程中,如发生故障或紧急情况,应立即按下紧停按钮停机,向领班汇报,查明原因或解除故障后方可开机。  

(10)、工作完毕,如暂时不再使用机床,应及时做好程序存储,将机床模具合模以后,依次关闭操作按钮,液压马达,机床总电源。  

(11)、关机前确认滑块已落下。  

3)维护保养  

(1)每班开机前清扫、清理机器内外,确认无杂物、油污

(2)每班检查有无漏油现象

(3)每班开机前给机器滑轨加油润滑  

(4)经常查看机器各部位螺栓、零部件有无松动,损伤,移位,并及时紧固、修复

3. Operation rules


1) operation preparation


(1) this machine tool must be operated by specially trained personnel to prohibit others from operating without authorization, so as to avoid accidents caused by personal and equipment safety.


(2) operators should wear labor protection articles before operation and check the machine and working environment carefully. The contents of the inspection include the equipment performance of the machine, the setup of the program and mould, the maintenance of the machine and the record of the shift. Before starting the engine, you should first lubricate the lubricating points of the machine tools and check whether there are foreign bodies on the equipment.


(3) before returning electricity, it is necessary to confirm that there is no one on the rear side of the machine.




2) operation method


(1) it is better to carry out one person when changing moulds. When two people cooperate, you must be careful to prevent the fingers from being crushed. In the running mode, read the stored operation NC program and check it, and install the upper and lower die according to the program requirements. When the die is installed, the machine tool should be installed in the stop state.


(2) under no circumstances can you put your hand between the upper and lower molds so as to prevent the slider from falling suddenly and injure your fingers.


(3), the rear gear should be slightly higher than the lower die to prevent X from hitting the two.


(4) when bending the plate against the fingers, do not press the emergency stop switch, and press the return button to make the slide up.


(5) the program has been completed, running at least two times in the operation mode, and checking the procedure is correct, then it can carry out bending work.


(6), bending the workpiece is as much as possible by one person. If two or more people are required to operate, one of the experienced ones will send out the work instructions and keep the work step in line.


(7) during the bending process, no idle person should be allowed to stay in the bending area to ensure personal safety.


(8) during the bending process, the mold must be checked at any time for loosening and displacement to ensure its fastening.


(9) in the course of bending, if there is a failure or emergency, the press stop button should be pressed immediately to report to the leader, to find out the cause or to open the machine after the failure.


(10), after the work is finished, if the machine tool is no longer used, the program should be stored in time. After the mould is closed, the operation button, the hydraulic motor and the total power supply of the machine tool should be closed in turn.


(11) confirm that the slider has fallen before the shutdown.


3) maintenance and maintenance


(1) clean and clean the machine before and after the start of each shift.


(2) the inspection of oil leakage in each class


(3) lubrication of machine rails before each shift is opened


(4) check regularly whether the bolts and parts of the machine are loose, damaged or displaced, and fix them in time.
