钣金加工技术定义行业发展前景

金属板材加工就叫钣金加工。具体譬如利用板材制作烟囱、铁桶、油箱油壶、通风管道、弯头大小头、天圆地方、漏斗形等,主要工序是剪切、折弯扣边、弯曲成型、焊接、铆接等,需要一定几何知识。钣金件就是薄板五金件,也就是可以通过冲压,弯曲,拉伸等手段来加工的零件,一个大体的定义就是在加工过程中厚度不变的零件.

(1)20世纪之前

钣金工艺的发展历史源远流长,从远古时代的铜器、铁器开始,人们利用各种方法冶炼出金属材料,随着冶炼技术的提升,逐渐冶炼出了金属板状材料,并学会了利用一些工具对这些金属板状材料进行加工,这就是钣金工艺的雏形。20世纪之前,主要是手工钣金为主。

(2)20世纪初至80年代常州钣金加工

进入20世纪以来,冲压设备和冷冲模具逐步在钣金加工领域得到应用。到了20世纪80年代,数控钣金开始出现。总的来看,冲压设备和冷冲模具的广泛运用及数控自动化设备的普及是钣金工艺发展的两个里程碑,前者诞生了冲压,后者孕育了数控钣金。

(3)20世纪80年代至今

20世纪80年代以来,随着我国成为世界制造业中心和消费大国,作为制造业基础行业之一的冲压、钣金行业也取得了空前发展。而且随着我国的技术发展,现在很多的钣金加工企业和行业开始不断的改进,比如激光技术的引导等对于我国的钣金加工行业发展利好。

前瞻产业研究院发布的《中国钣金加工行业市场前瞻与投资规划分析报告前瞻》虽然我国钣金加工行业已走向世界,并在世界众多客户中占有一定的市场份额,但技术水平上与发达国家相关企业比较还有一定的差距,关键差距在于技术服务能力相偏弱,不能充分、及时满足客户需求。随着行业国际化程度不断增强,行业内领先企业已逐渐意识到差距所在,逐步建立了完整的制造服务系统,这部分企业在技术水平上与发达国家相关企业比较差距已明显的降低。行业的技术具体包括两个方面:制造技术和服务技术。

钣金加工行业提供的产品具有多品种、多批次、小批量、非标准性的特征及高精度的特点,因此在制造过程中需具有柔性生产的能力、工艺流程设计能力及精密加工制造能力。
